Is he riding in the TDF ?
One publication I have has him listed as a rider but I’m not able to see any other source saying he is going to ride it this year. After racing the Giro I’m assuming he will not ride the TDF this year.

I don't think he'll be in France. He was in Italy and I've seen him scheduled for Spain unless something changed.
