Zipties with eyelets for fenders?

A few months ago I stumbled onto a blog entry [I think] of a cyclist who had found zipties that had an eyelet built in so you could mount a fender strut to a bike with a bare fork. I thought the source for these was Peter White Cycles, but I just called them and they don't have such a beast.

Anyone here know of such a thing and where to get them?

Thanks!......

You should be able to pick them up at Lowes or Home Depot. The eyelet is to put a screw in to anchor bundles of wires to something.
