Kona Coco or Cannondale Treadwell?

Pulling the trigger tomorrow on my first new bike in 30 years. Test drove a bunch today and wow, has bike technology changed.

We will be riding on gravel and dirt paths much of the time. No steep hills. Now that I am 50-something I want to be comfortable but still need to keep up with my family.

I am interested in pros and cons of these 2 bikes, especially from those who have ridden them. Around here, Cannondale is a big name and Kona is unheard of. But wow, what a great test ride. Thoughts? Thank you in advance!

Kona is a well known brand, at least around here. I don't know anything about step-through bikes but I would go with the best dealer/store.

I think they are more popular for some reason in CA, WA, FL but where I live there aren’t a ton of them. We have some great bike shops that sell each (although multiple shops sell Cannondale and only 1 sells Kona).

I did! The Kona Coco was just a great fit and feel for me. Tried to share a pic of my sweet new ride, but I don’t have 10 posts yet. Thanks for responding!
