Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Gary The Gravel Grinder

Here's a project I've been tinkering with to re-purpose my 2006 Gary Fisher Marlin. Becoming an Everglades gravel levee rider and a greenway bike.

Thanks but not really. I rebuilt that one and works fine. I’m going to look for a straight fork one day and add disc wheels.

I just began riding offload a month ago. I've ridden a levee-road circuit around Sawgrass that starts (and ends) at Markham Park, the loop is about 25 miles with great Everglades scenery throughout and there's a 3-mile section on a singletrack path through grass.

I saw an alligator last weekend on the water's edge !
