what specs i need to know for craigslist bikes before meeting?

i'm a 5 10" guy with a long leg to torso ratio. what specs should i ask about the bike to make sure it's even worth meeting up?

I'd just start by looking at anything from a 52cm to 54cm. Lots of sellers out there wouldn't know how to measure frame dimensions.

5'9.5"/34" rider on a 52cm with a decent amount of stack.

Ask him if he thinks the bike would fit someone your height?

Also, if the fit is close, make sure you can adjust the seat and handlebar height and that they are not frozen in the respective positions.

the seller may not even know what frame size they have, can you educate them from your knowledge ?

Long torso needs longer frame....so go on the large size. not 52mm
