Is this a Cannondale?

Can anyone tell me if this bike is a Cannondale ? also what model ? It looks like someone took all the paint off of it, I have not found a serial number.

That's a Cannondale alright. 1990-1995. I'm afraid absolute model determination is unlikely, as there were usually a couple to a handful of models with the same frame and different components. If you think some components are original you can cross reference the catalog specs.

The brakes might be original

This is a '97 F300 I just picked up - Looks similar, but different front shock - Yours has a clamp on crown, and is yellow, so maybe '95 Q21R fork? ID info, here : https://suspensionforkparts.net/manua...uadra_1996.pdf

Nailed it...the dropouts are a dead give away. I have one of those converted to a SS.
