FYI, it is never a good idea to discuss a likely legal case in an open forum. There is ZERO you can post that will help your cause. EVERYTHING you post will be dissected to hurt your cause.
Get a lawyer, delete your text and resolve the problems as effectively as possible.

Also if one is trying to make a case for a carbon road bicycle defect as opposed to user abuse, one might change ones user name from "ihopalot." Just sayin'

If you have problems with your warranty I suggest visiting your dealer and talking. If that is the bottleneck contact Trek directly.
