These are a good budget set with sealed bearing hubs. They should last a long time. I've bought a couple pairs about a year or two ago and they came with Formula brand sealed cartridge bearing hubs (replacement cartridge bearings are easy to find if needed). They are really nice but did need truing and tensioning before really using them which I did myself. From Velomine. Lots of other choices there as well.
The only thing I didn't like was the somewhat huge size of the quick release levers. But they work fine.

I hope everyone is healthy. I wanted to update my post in case someone might have a similar situation. After putting some miles on the rusty original rims and hubs, I decided the bike was a keeper and worthy of an upgrade. I spaced the rear frame to 130mm and went with Shimano 105 hubs, Sun Ringle CR 18 36h rims, a 13-32 cassette and Panaracer Pasela tires. Fenders are awaiting installation.
