Campagnolo Cable Tabs(?) on brakes & rear mech

Does anyone know what the winged logo Campy paper "tabs" are that appear on the brake cables near the calipers on the rear derailleur? Also are these available anywhere and what is the proper name and usage? Thank you.

Yes, they are there to keep the adjuster from falling out of the caliper before mounting with a cable.
