I found this bike on craigslist for $50 it was pretty dirty but I could tell it was a gem I took it completly apart and hand rubbed it with compound then polish and finished with wax and well the pictures tell the story. I put on a longer stem newer seat post and seat, new cables and chain and sold it for $150 on craigslist. I hated to sell it but I have about 10 bikes so its pretty stupid to be tripping over bikes like I do in my garage so this one sold! I love it though.

Any particular reason for th $5k? IIRC, your full Gloria from the same seller was significantly less than this frame only. Condition seems similar.

Yeah, I wish I knew. I paid just over $3K + shipping for a full Gloria from that same seller, yet this virtually identical frame cost $2K more than the full bike. I guess it's just the variability of the market.

There has been some crazy ***** on ebay in the last few weeks - $5k Gloria, $330 shift lever, $700 stem, $200 headset washer(s). I'm not saying it isn't worth it, but wait until the summer and the same stuff will sell for less money.
