Not much packing, really. I'm only taking a small daypack. Basic economy is a better way to go. Why do we think we need to carry all that stuff?! I can buy a pair of pants and a shirt for a couple dollars, and then leave them behind. I am taking a pair of platform pedals though. They aren't so easy or inexpensive.

It's a medium format sensor, so it's pretty common to see aperture ranges starting at 3.5 and slower and able to stop down to f/32 or even f/64 - remember that with a large sensor, getting isolation is easy but getting enough depth of focus can be a concern.
