Addiction LXXVIII

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Can’t speak for Mo, but you don’t have to worry about me this week; I’ve been taking it easy. Hoping to hit it hard next week...

All sailing hopes, plans are on hold. Mrs kissTheApex says even if there are courses I can attend, it would be equivalent of me having n+1,000,000 bikes

There's nothing wrong with being determined to find a woman that meets your specifications, as long as you realize the pickings will be lean and the wait long.

But there's a possibility the payoff could be outstanding.

Group rides were out in full force this morning. On my transit back to the house, one guy tried to latch onto my back wheel. I know that was the intent, because as soon as I saw him and went uptempo to unceremoniously drop him, he stood up to try to keep up and sat back down when it was a foregone conclusion.

I did not bother giving him the look.

looks like the rack at my shop. I had 6 adult bikes when I left work Thursday, and 15 assorted 16"-24" wheeled bikes.

Now the adult bikes are gone, and nothing is on the way.
