Below freezing. Good thing I wasn't planning on riding this morning.
Might get in a little something later, but it'll be family stuff celebrating 17 years of my wife putting up with me.

My front light is acting up. 20 mins in the ride it indicates it’s about to die, 30 mins later it goes out. I click the power button it came back on and indicated fully charged.
Bought a head lamp to work on the yard after dark. I wore that this morning as well, and liked the improved visibility.

I still shop every 2-3 days - we have a grocer in walking distance and I like the extra exercise and reduced car usage - but my family just refuses to be predictable with their banana intake. If I buy 4 or 5 bananas, they may all be gone the next morning. If I buy 8 or 9, I may need to toss 4 of them (or make banana bread if I'm feeling ambitious) a week later.

We don’t really have a ton of gravel, it’s mostly just dirt. While I’m interested in a gravel bike, I feel like I would have to try really hard to find places to ride it.

One banana per day. It's pretty simple. Unless you're buying spoiled ones that no one wants to eat?

speaking of gravel bikes the Alliance Gravel bike looks sweet!
Gravel bike is something I want but don’t want to spend actual money on. I don’t feel like I would use it as much as my road bike, and gravel bikes are expensive. I would rather buy another road bike that gives me wider tire clearance. With the exception of the Ritchey outback, but that would be checking off two boxes.

Beak & Skiff is a large orchard located on a hill top with great views. They supply Wegmans. The also make very good hard cider and run a distillery. I currently have their 1911 vodka in my liquor cabinet. Fun Fact: a popular (and usually muddy) cross race was held there for several years in early November called Cider Cross.
Navarino is a regular at the Cazenovia farmer's market. Or primary source for seasonal fruits and berries (not apples though). They also have a bakery. I had one of their mini pies for breakfast today.
Critz Farms is located just outside the village of Cazenovia. Many of my riding routes pass by the farm. They have an agri-tourism component. They are one of the places the City Folk take their kids for pumpkin picking and corn mazes. The also make hard cider and run a brewery. They grow their own barley and hops.
I used to live near Abbott farm. We frequented their farm stand.

Sure. I've even been to a few.

Kids are very streaky. We go through the same thing with granola bars, unless you suspect that I'm choosing granola bars that aren't within their ripeness window.
