2014 Giant Revolt - max tyre clearance?
Hi,
I picked up a 2014 revolt 2, and I'm trying to figure out the max clearance for tyres. I measured and it really does seem like there's just a buttload of room on this thing, like 50mm easily? Can anyone confirm that?

While I cannot confirm it, the 2014 Revolt was designed to fit 50mm tires (50mm, not a 29 x 2.0 that measures 52+mm for some reason, YMMV)
The only thing I can reference is the Giant Toughroad GX, which has 10mm longer chainstays and still had 50mm tire clearances. From my experience with Giant's gravel bikes, the fork should be more generous with it's clearance, while the chainstays will most likely be the limiting factor.
Hope that helps!
