Mavic 501 h+son tb14 wheelset
SOLD SOLD SOLD
Mavic 501 hubs, silver tb14 rims. 32 hole, butted spokes. Built by Ben's Cycle in 2015. These are some of the best hubs ever. Cool classic rims. When cleaning them up, I noticed corrosion around most of the spoke holes in the rear. It doesn't look to be structural. Snapped some pics of it for ya. Very true, hubs spin forever. Brake tracks have lots of life in them. Sweet Mavic skewers included!
They are packed up and ready to ship!

Those hubs look great on those rims. I’ve had a hankering to build myself up some 501’s too. Why can’t hubs be as aesthetically pleasing nowadays?

I know. These are really, really nice wheels. I've moved to 11 speed on both my bikes, or I'd definitely hang on to these. Are "Forever Wheels" a thing?

But if you had a six-speed cassette that would be 12 speeds - one more than 11!
