Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

If I'm understanding this study on mice(!) correctly, NSAIDs (which I don't take much, but others may), should be taken during the day, and not in the evening.

We had a reasonably fun group ride on Zwift. There were only 8 of us but we stayed together nicely and had some chitchat on Discord which made the 90 minutes go by quickly.

Tomorrow, real miles.

That's very interesting. I've been taking my NSAID's in the morning for about 22 years. I always thought it was because many people are worse in the morning, and will be active during the day. A couple of other doctors were surprised by that. My rheumatologist is extremely good, I used him as my only doctor for a few years.

According to all observable signs, my shoulder has healed. I will attempt at least 34, and possibly 64 km today.

I've never gotten my finger on when inflammation most occurs. It seems to happen constantly, even when I sleep.

I usually delete but the subject line caught my attention. Putting aside whether it's quackery or not, do the sponsors know what BF user demographics are?
