Tire Inflator
Anyone have experience with these type tire inflators? Connect to a compressor? In particular I am interested in the Park Tool INF-2 Bike Shop Inflator that I saw on Amazon.

Tried a couple over the years, but preferred using a hand pump to inflate bicycle tires. Perhaps if I had a busy bike shop and inflated many tires....

To me the critical issue with quick and easy bicycle tire inflation has to do with pushing the presta inflator head onto the valve stem. I made a presta inflator for my air compressor with a Silca head, but I never liked or used it very much.
Last fall I drilled out all the rims on our Catrikes for Schrader valves. I think the push-against schrader inflator is much quicker and easier to use provided you have an air compressor.

I bought a Prestaflator, which appears be similar for about half the price. However, I only use a compressor to mount up difficult tubeless mtb or gravel tires. Otherwise, I just use a floor pump with a gauge.

I use an electric inflator down in my shop, and a floor pump in my garage. The inflator is surprisingly good (as is it's digital pressure setting and gauge), but you have to use a Presta adapter for the Shrader-only chuck on the inflator. It's been a game changer for tire swaps, maintaining tubular wheelset pressures and general maintenance for our cars. The low pressure/high volume side is good also for inflatables, like paddle boards or pools.

I've never had an issue just using a presta adapter and Schraeder chuck with my compressor in the garage.

+1. What does a dedicated Presta inflator get you that an adapter and standard inflator doesn't? I guess the extra few seconds to put the adapter on and take it off. Like others have said, I use a floor pump to inflate tires. The only time I use my compressor is setting the bead on new tubeless.

I only use my compressor for my cars (and sometimes the motorcycles), because they take forever using the floor pump.
My reliable Joe-Blow floor pump is easy, handy and fast for all the bikes.
