...A trip back from town, I'm sore from rockhopping yesterday.
Chest from pulling the front up, butt from slamming and legs from tourqing.
I can't lift my leg over the seat.....hehe.

Anyway I'm riding today anyway, ridings comfortable, sitting not.

..as I get on my bike a cyclist blows up the street, riders has some moxy, HT with the rider high and well over the bike, so I get behind him @ the light, then and off we go......

I stayed off his wheel and we had side traffic so no passes, so again we stop inline @ the next intersection.

Buddy bolts across the intersection on the red!
Busy city intersection. not cool....Well.....I just waited..
He had a good lead, maybe half a football field.
I went onto my small cog and did high rpm.

Caught up to him @ the intersection, this time on the otherside of the road, I don't want to hang on his wheel.

Buddy jumps the red AGAIN! This time after 2 car crossings...he's ahead...but it's a looong hill
I practice sprinting hills using less and less teeth. Hehe.
I'm sore but I've got the stuff.
I wait....Then I haul @$$, the hill is long, he was already spinning too fast flatland.

I started off on the 12 sprocket and started uphill, hill starts flat so I stood up and tried to get maybe 60 rpm and go for it. Sit down, bliss out.
I was to the other side, and really, I didn't look around 'till halfway up the hill.

The other cyclist vanished...???

Maybe he lived on the road, or hit a sidestreet.
Still, I wanted to show him you don't need to run lights to get there fast.
Maybe he had to go pee real bad.

I took a right and rode down some cool lanes.
Still, some cyclists need a schoolin' sometime.

He stole his 30% lead and I caught it by being the same faster.

My legs are feeling fine, feet too.

Bla.

Only one pick and that is: pulling up on the bars works back muscles, not chest.
Bench presses for chest, rows for the back.

I was after he jumped the light.
First block I didn't want to pass him 'cause of traffic. I followed him, then I crossed to the otherside so as not to be in line.

No,...I ride AGAINST the traffic flow. Freaks the drivers out.

I mount 2 headlamps on either end of my bars = then cagers think I'm driving a Jeep right @ them.

Yes, one way >,^ uphill.
