Mid-mount e-bike conversion which is Hollowtech compatible?

The title says it all. I want to convert my mountain bike to a mid-drive system, but don’t want to downgrade to a square-taper crankset. Anyone know if there is any such kit on the market?

I've seen a kit, maybe CYC, that has an ISIS option, but none with Hollowtech.

The cyc photon has a separate splined spindle that connects the two crankarms. Bolts hold them in place.

You realize a mid-drive motor replaces a conventional crankset, right?

Shimano Steps uses it (at least the crankarms):

No surprise there; just don't try to retrofit it to a MTB unless you plan to do a lot of sawing and welding.
