Cream for muscle recovery

What is good cream or ointment that works good for recovery. more less to rub on sore muscles after a major event etc

Suggestions please?

Probably magnesium type creams or lotions. A message will be far better than any cream though. Post workout stretching also works.

Agree, The Hands of the masseuse are probably going to do more .. the Pros have one for every team.

How frequently do you ride? Sometimes soreness is due to infrequency.

Plain ole Ben Gay works for sore muscles. I've been using a roller to good effect after long rides. The Stick 14" Little Stick Massage Roller - Walmart.com The one I use came from REI. I think similar products are widely available.
