Title says it all, was on a budget building a used track bike and came across this Gem, serial number pictured.
the backstory is it belonged to Canadian National Cyclist Travis Smith, and he raced it at several nationals and world championships, the Olympic stamps makes me question if there is more of a backstory. GURU no longer makes bikes and they never made track bikes as far as i know being a Triathlon specific Canadian cycling company.
