Pinarello Track Information?

Hey guys, a person who lives close to me is selling this bike and I'm heavily considering buying it. This is the only image I have for the time being.. So I know it's a bit difficult, but I was hoping to pinpoint information about the frame? If I can get some better photos, I will post them. Any help is appreciated!

Is that on Pinarello's lower end of tubing used? I'm not very familiar with Oria tubing. (Thanks for the information by the way)

Oria is a manufacturer, not a type. They made several grades of tubing, none of which was junk as far as I know. I would expect it is high quality. Probably has Pinarello fork ends. Love the paint. I'd be very interested if offered to me.

Among the framebuilders that used Oria are Guerciotti, Tommasini, Montagner, Olmo, Dancelli, Daccordi, Ciocc and Pinarello (began to first use Oria tubing in 1993 according to Fausto Pinarello). And, some others I imagine.

Oria Tubesets (composed of head tube, seat tube, down tube, top tube, chain stays, seat stays, fork legs; and their weights in kg.) : HI Tension (2230), HI-Ten Oversize (2850), CroMoly (2190), Ml 25 (2080), ML 34 1880), RANF (1990), GM 00 (1940), Double butted (2000), KK (1880), CroMoly-Oversize (--), SGM 00 (2720), Top (2860), Oversize (2690), Over Double (2650), Butted Top (2690), CSS 52 (2230) , 7020 (aluminum).

The above pilfered from a blog, Italiancyclingjournal.blogspot.com

Great! Thanks for the information. Out of curiosity how much would you pay for the bike? I haven't seen it in person yet, but I want to have an idea of how much it would be worth.

Oria made everything from Hi Ten to very high quality chromoly. The 1989 Pinarello catalog shows two pistas, the Pista Amatore with unspecified Oria tubing, and the Pista Bassano with Columbus SL tubing. Neither is painted like the bike in the OP, so it's probable the bike in the OP is a different year and maybe neither Amatore or Bassano, but I've posted the 1989 catalog page for reference.

I'm guessing that the Oria tubed Amatore was priced below the Columbus SL tubed Bassano because the Bassano was offered with Campagnolo components as an option and the Amatore wasn't.

Try to find out how old it is and what original price was. Not enough info to know what to offer. Components have much to say about it.
