Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

"I'm not sure what the size is"

Can't you get a tape measure? Most people like to know this.
I'm pretty new at this but even to me it looks pretty small for you even with that seatpost high up.

If no one bites in a week I'd put it down to $160

The most important ones for many people are the stand-over height and the length of the top tube.

Measure center-to-center(c-t-c) from the bottom bracket to where the top tube/seat tube joins.

I wouldn't pay more than $100 for that, $150 if it still had gears.

You'd get 2 bills for it in Philly, easy. I think that's a fair enough price.

I've gotten about 6 responses today. I think I'll have it sold tonight for $199! thanks for all your help fellas!

I guess there is more of a demand for trendy lil bikes here in ATL.

does that mean san fran is no a hot spot for single speeds?

No, San Francisco just has a lot of millionaire hippies who pretend to be non-consumers.

props to using the marta down there -- i understand it's not too extensive, plus there's the whole hating-on-public-transportation thing in the south (which i feel like i'm sorta allowed to say, having grown up in NC)

thanks for the props. yeah it seems like the train system down here is the last resort for people. I love it cuz I can't afford gas! I'm hoping people will catch on soon cuz the air down here sucks so bad from pollution. Did you check out my blog? There is an amazing video on there about Copenhagen.
