Cannondale Team Comp front derailleur question
Howdy,
Long time lurker, finally thought it was time to join. So hello from Baltimore, if anyone is local, would love to chat about bikes. That being said. I picked up two Cannondale bicycles from a guy who buys storage lots.
I am building one of these for a college buddy, and the other I haven't decided what to do with yet. Anyhow, the dark grey cannondale is complete, and with some new cables, tubes, and tires should be ready to ride.
The white Cannondale which does not say 'Team Comp' but looks exactly alike has had some parts swapped on. It has a Suntour Sprint rear derailleur, Shimano 105 shifter, and a Shimano 600 triple crank. The front derailleur is missing, and I assume it was due to the triple crank being swapped. It has the braze on style mount, and I am wondering what is an economical way of putting on a front derailleur.
Any advice would be appreciated:

turbodrabbit, Welcome to the forum.
Just pick up a braze-on triple FD. If the braze-on bracket is missing, an accessory clamp-on or dedicated clamp-on can be used. Replacement brackets are also available.

Great score! Welcome to C&V after lurking. Photogravity is in western MD, between Fredrick and Hagerstown. Puchfinnland is from Towson and will be there shortly for a month.

Sorry about the late reply, I found a FD-7403 due ace and put that on the bike. Do you guys ever have a meet up?
