alternative tiretire questions

So I have decided I ride my 29er on paved streets and up hilly road way more then it sees dirt. Currently it has a wtb cyclocross up front. I have two choices for the rear tire. should I go with a no name kenda 700x28 slick (max 110)
Or a used and slightly worn Vittoria randonneur 700x35 cyclocross (max 75) I am a Clydes at 220. Which do you think would be better?
