Interesting. And it uses $340/pair pedals to foster this "conversation". Weird.

Considering the low price, the OP should buy several sets and swap them every 200 km so they can rest.

On the outside chance that the OP is asking a serious question, the answer(s) is/are:

1. These pedals work with all current crank arms;

2. What release “pressure” (8nm, 12 nm or 16 nm) you use is a matter of the rider’s level skills and confidence levels. Professionals use 16nm (the tightest setting) I use 12nm. You can buy replacement “blades” to change the amount of pressure.

3. These pedals are meant to be used with LOOK cleats, you can’t use them as “platform” pedals.

Hope this helps (assuming honest questions from the OP).

Ti spindles would be a waste of coin, even for a rider under 180#.

I'll also make the naive assumption that the OP is asking serious questions and that English is (obviously) not his native language and perhaps not even his second.

There are adapters available for some clipless pedals (Shimano SPDs for one) that clip into the cleat mechanism and provide a flat platform, sometime even including toe clips and straps, that let you ride in street shoes. I very much doubt they are available for Look Keos.

It really doesn't matter. If you look back at other posts from the OP, it appears that this person is building up a very high end frame with Campagnolo Super Record 12 speed components without any knowledge about how to do it. Using Keo Blade pedals adapted for use as platform pedals is part and parcel of this silly build. Any one sided pedal adapted this way is a kludge, the pedal will turn upside down any time you take your foot off so you will constantly be having to flip it back at every intersection or stop. It has nothing to do with comprehension of English, we might as well be speaking Swahili as far as it goes getting through to this person

I'm with you. Maybe I'm still remembering those broken Super Record BB and pedal spindles but I have a distrust of anything titanium that bears nearly all my weight at some point.

Based on an moderator investigation, I agree. Plus, bots don't wait 7 years to post.
