From what discipline did you come into triathlon

Just wondering from what activity folks came into triathlon. What discipline were you already doing...and decided to add the other two? Or did you just decide to take up all three at the same time?

I was a track and CC running in h.s. in the late 70s. Right after h.s. working as a lifeguard I got into swimming a little bit for additional fitness. Then triathlons began popping up here and there and I wanted to give them a try. So, I added the cycling.

I ran a marathon back in April, injured myself shortly after that so I couldn't run, and decided to swim and bike for exercise. When a friend who does tris regularly found out I was swimming and biking, she found a tri, convinced me to sign up, and that pretty much was the start. I'll be doing my second one next week and I have a 70.3 in May.
