Facebook groups?

Is there a facebook group for buying and selling BMX parts? I have some stuff that came in a box of parts I bought last week, and I want to list them in a place where the BMX crowd can look at them. Something similar to the "steel is real" page for vintage road bikes.

Thanks in advance! I know nothing about the BMX world, so any advice pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

There is for Vintage BMX parts... There most likely is for new stuff as well. If it's vintage I can send you a link.

check out google, enter BMX parts and your city. You may also get luck on Craigslist.

It depends on where are you from. You are from Houston, for example, no one will want to send to you lets say a frame or a fork or something else that is a big part of a bike from, let's say Berlin.

Better to buy new parts from shops or online shops, because most online shops have a contract with the postal office of some courier company, FedEx, DHL or some other company.

The guys in the museum might be percieved as rude if asking about what something is worth. Usually they... and yes, I am a long standing member, will steer you to completed listings and what have you. If you send me a pm with pics I can give you a very educated idea of what you have. That said, a pro membership at the museum is 20 dollars a year, which allows you to buy and sell on the site. There are a lot of members, and lots of people looking for parts.
