A gift!
I have a friend who fixes bikes and donates them to the homeless and children via his church. I always find bikes at garage sales and give them to him for this purpose. Yesterday he called me and said that he had a nice bike for me. He know I'm crazy about road bikes, and he remembered that I had asked him to keep me in mind if he ever finds any. He called me and said that he had a beautiful Japanese Centurion in excellent condition, and if I wanted it. Of course I was at his house in a Flash! :-) It is definitely a beauty, and it rides like one. Let me know what you think! Thanks for your comments and thoughts, I appreciate it.

I think it's the single most beautiful Centurion without a Cinelli BB shell that I've ever seen. I love the yellow/white contrast...80s loud, but attractive.

I'm curious about this. I thought the 'Master' & 'Expert' models came with the Mountain bike fork crown(read: later models). I like the brown 600 parts, and that fork crown. In my opinion, the unicrown fork was a bad decision(as far as asthetics).
Robbie should have some words to ad.

Wow! You're going back with a case of beer for him, right?
Looks almost NOS - great color combination (we don't see enough yellow on this forum) and love the lugwork, particularly the seatlug! Does it fit you? If so, what a cool gift...

Thanks Drillium! That is what I thought the minute I saw it! :-) It is my size too at 56cm. I don't think I'm going to keep it, as my cycling buddy is salivating over it, and wants it. I have already sold him 5 vintage classics! Is there ever an end to this madness? Wait a minute let me answer that, "No"! :-) Thanks again!

That bike almost looks like it has been in a museum for the past 20 years. I love the colors on it. Take some close ups of the parts too, they look pristine. Unreal.
