A beautiful photo, thank you.

See. The original jersey concept (from the OP) did absolutely nothing for me. Silly amateurish copy of a tired icon. This one ^ however, is funny. Would wear.

It if helps, I did see a 300-plus pound man wearing a Duff beer bike jersey last week with beer gut hanging out. That's not disturbing unlike the guy on the trail displaying plumber's crack because he couldn't wear pants that fit him right.

I love it!

Buttttt, I'd opt for a bright color, so it gets noticed more!

right there- 4 other legitimate ways a driver can see you, even if the jersey happened to exactly match the road(which it doesn't look to match roads around me).

I do appreciate the humor in your Darwin award though. For this topic though.
------------

I hear ya. I used to wear normal clothes. Can't bring myself to do it now.

I almost always wear neon socks rationalising that my feet are always moving, so they get attention. Same for neon gloves I reason stick out the farthest and are most visible.

On large group rides and events I may wear a redish kit. Solo I'm almost always neon yellow / green jersey/helmet with tail lights blinking.

I really need to evolve to pink. Especially in early spring...even the neon isn't the most contrast with budding trees/plants. My girlfriend has some neon pink that's aweful...and great in that it looks like nothing else on the road side. I almost feel she's a risk to cause accidents as drivers will be so distracted and mesmerized by the pink. I think pink is the future. I have to admit I have a little masculine hang-up with pink, but if I could evolve from being a cool kid in black and red to garish geek neon yellow/green...I think I can get to pink.

Still not really sturdy I think but the fabric quality was a bit better than I actually expected, but printing quality was less than I thought.

Buying the Grey one to blend in with more or less the same color of the roads would definitely be a Darwin kind of a thing to do.

An adult riding a bicycle is enough to trigger a serious emotional response in a lot of non-cyclists, no matter how the cyclists is dressed.

People that are "triggered" by most anything should be ignored. Wear anything that you want to, and dont worry.
