Dashboard Genie
Ordered a dashboard genie from bdopcycling and I couldn't believe how fast it got here. I can't remember when I ordered it, either Tuesday or Wednesday evening. I think it was Wednesday and it gets here Friday. Taiwan to Canada that fast! Gotta love the service.
Just installed it and the one thing that disappointed me was how small the diameter was. I'm mounting my commuting lights so I simply did what any self-respecting Canadian would do. I wrapped the bar in enough hockey tape to get the diameter I needed and voila, it works as intended.
Service was incredible and part appears to work as advertised though I have not ridden with it yet. My only comment about the product would be that I'd prefer it come in aluminum and be cheaper. I don't need it to be carbon to save a few grams on my commuter bike.

IMHO it's a ripoff. I bought a composite plastic resin extender that holds my computer and headlight for under $10.
