Of course, tightly packed housing helps a lot. But, still, governments have to take notice of cyclists needs with that many bikes!!! And, not a tropical paradise either.

Germans and Americans have this precision fetish in specifying number of wheels.
Pretty much Danes and Dutch and Sweeds do not.
But you are right, the Christiania Bikes are quite stable at zero km/h.

I live in a simular climate, allthough 'vengeful breeze' is usually an understatement, and this time of year it's just very unpleasant quite often. It often feels a lot colder than when it's freezing but the air is relatively dry.
Anyway, let's hope it's about real improvement now instead of city marketing and making up the numbers.

Anyhow, wet and warm, or cold and dry. But cold and rain and wind is - misearable.
BTW, “vengeful breeze” is accurate while pushing a Christiania Bike, no matter where the wind blows. Not the most pleasant BIKE on a windy day.
