Racks for my 2015 Volpe

I'm planning on doing some bike-packing/long distance riding, looking for suggestions on front and rear racks/panniers... Don't want bottom of the line, but also don't have super high budget, what are your thoughts?

Tubus racks are a one time purchase.. 4130 steel tube, so fairly light..

the rear stays on for boxed shipping travel to or from the trip .

the Tara front, packs flat off the bike when you remove the front wheel to get it in the carton..

The Tubus Cargo Classic rear rack and the Tara front rack work well with the Volpe. They are high quality, durable, and worth the cost. This is a 2013 Volpe with a 2015 fork. It replaced my 2007 Volpe when the frame developed a crack. The 2015 fork replaced the stock fork. Bianchi replacement forks come with uncut steerer tubes, which allows more choices for bar height.

Dont hear much about Jandd racks but I freaking love mine. I got my first about 12 years ago and it's still in use my surly cross check. I just got a second for my new Jamis last year. I have 2 expedition racks. I also like that they have a flat top, great for strapping things down if needed and at makes a good mud guard.
