Alexrims da22 tire size?

Just picked up a Craigslist IRO fixed gear bike minus the tires and tubes. I am 250 pounds and don't have a good relationship with skinny tires. Got Alex rims ETRTO 622X14. 6061H-T6 DA28 and was hoping I could purchase 28C tires but I'm thinking 25C is the max?

28s should be fine as long as your frame can fit them.
