I have the Panaracer Pasela ProTite folding tires on my Kilo WT, 32mm front and 35mm rear, and like them a lot. They have decent puncture resistance and are relatively lightweight. They are available in widths all the way up to 38mm.

I've been liking the new Panaracer Gravelking SS's. They are kinda like a cross between the slick Gravelkings and the ones with more tread. They roll really well on pavement but get really nice traction on dirt/grass/gravel if that's something you care about. They're quite light too.

Edit: I mostly use mine on pavement too but the versatility is nice.
