Why have my nipples been getting sour when I bike ride?

I'm wearing Under Armour. But my nipples really are sore after a while. How do I avoid this?

I'm beginning to look forward to these conversations. Continue.

Also, this. It is a thing. Not only for pregnant women but adolescent boys and some men who take prescriptions that affect hormones - which includes everything from Prednisone for respiratory inflammation to kidney patients and organ transplant prospects or folks with auto-immune disorders.

I use duct tape, seriously. I can't say that I've done a comprehensive test of different brands but in my limited experience I've found that Nashua #398 all-weather tape sticks best.

I have the exact problem. Every 30 minutes I stop, take off my top and twist and pull my nipples for a good 5 minutes. Works like a charm.

I have to admit my first thought was How do you taste your nipples? But I digress...I started putting vaseline on my nips when I used to run a lot. I do the same for long rides now. I believe there are commercially available anti chaffing products called something like body glide you can use as well.

Yeah, if you're still in high school, or up to 40 something and socially ********. Despite the title mispelling, the OP asked a legitimate question. Deserves some respect.

If I may add a bit of context.

If this were a single post taken by itself, I'd agree with you, that it's a straight question deserving of a straight answer with, maybe, a bit of good hearted ribbing.

But, I have to consider the source, and the body of his posts taken as a whole. In that context, he either has a black cloud following him wherever he goes, or he's a troll wasting all of our time while enjoying himself at our expense. I'm not at all surprised that he's worn out the patience and sympathy of various people on this forum, I know he's worn out mine.

Why have my nipples been getting sour when I bike ride?

You need to go to a doctor immediately!! You're lactating, and if you're not a woman, that's something which needs to be checked and dealt with ASAP.
