Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Very long flags?

A doc, a primary care doc from Seattle, no less, opined that it was fine as long as everyone was "healthy."

Just looked at the post again and it's two-hand touch. JFC.

I don't know how much my Seven was since I bought it used but from what I have read it was probably at least $3500 in 2010.

I just spent over an hour editing a contract. Intricate work that included cutting and pasting from another document and paragraph renumbering and formatting.

I neglected to enable Track Changes.

At least I have the old version saved. But still.

Excuse me while I go drink some drain cleaner.

Any Zwift gurus in here? The last two Zwift activities did not get sent/synced to my Strava account. I have NOT changed my Strava or Zwift profile. The ONLY thing I did that may have screwed it up is I did import two workouts into my Zwift Workouts folder.

I don't want to start having to dig into my .fit files, does anyone know if there is a simple way to export the ride from Zwift website or companion app?

Fake miles don't even count, but would be useful to see both fake and real miles all on one place.

Huh, interesting. I can understand the bigger spikes on the DD frames, I'm the same way, but I would have thought the lower profile would mean less work per mile on the trike.

Update. I even went to strava.com and tried to upload my .fit file. It first asked for a fit file. Then when I uploaded the fit file it said no, it wants .gpx files and some other types, not .fit files.

Sad!

Yes, Lynskey. I asked them to leave the decals off. These are Ardennes SLs, not the junk wheels.
