I think this is a no-brainer, but that's just me as long as you can get there and back without border and quarantine hassles.

Nice fenderlines! Can't comment on the derailleurs. Very clean for the price!

Just as an antidote to group-think, I will say that I wouldn’t take that bike even if the seller gave it to me for free and delivered it. I wouldn’t ride it, it doesn’t meet any of my needs, and it would just take up space in my basement. Sure the fenders are kind of neat, but I’d still have to take the rest of the bike to the dump after removing them.
if you have a need, or even a want, that the bike satisfies, then go ahead.

Get in the car and go get the bike. Not super high end but a lot of fun to street restore and even more fun to ride and even more fun to look at...

@garryg - If it is either a Giro d'Italia or Professional, get it. I have the first. The frame set is the same for both. With Campy it is likely the latter unless it is a lower level bike. Event the top two are not light at about 24lb.
As exciting as it appears with all that chrome, I should have passed on mine and pursued an 80's version for the weight savings. If weight is not an issue......
My conversion to Professional with period Campy parts.

seller gets 1966 date from a marking on one of the cycle's transfers
it refers to a moment in time when something was won by a rider on a Carnielli product and is not the date of the cycle
machine dates from the early 1970's and is the base model

You came to the wrong forum if you'd rather not buy the bike,
Yeah I'd pay $80 for this and be willing to drive for it. Low end but very clean and very pretty.

Looks to be an entry-level model. $80 is a little optimistic IMO. Offer $50 and see what happens.
N.B. my local Craigslist has had a similar entry-level Bottecchia listed for several years already. It started out at $200, after a year or so, dropped to $150, where it has languished ever since. I suspect it might move at $50, but the seller appears to be in no hurry:
