Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I knew it was possible from manually disimpacting nursing home patients as a first year resident and I wasn’t eating much, believe me!

From yesterday's outing, finally a few birds showed up. The big female is just a couple months shy of her 4th birthday. That salt n pepper head will be all white this time next year and she'll be ready to mate for the first time.

Weather was gross when I left 4 days ago and is still gross now.

How do you manually disimpact someone? Asking. for a friend.

How is a 486 sq ft house worth 450,000?

I was late to the conversation so I might have misunderstood.

Oof. I would find a way to hang over the side and **** in the ocean - I can't imagine the havoc a week of not pooping would wreak on my, uh... yeah.

The market here is ridiculous, although it seems to have gone a bit lower recently. There is also property tax of about $450 per month on that 486 sq ft fixer.

If my landlord kicks me out I am screwed. I will have to move hours from here, or to another state.

Actually I would love the 2200 I used to have with the ex.
We moved from 1300 SF x 2 floors to our current house of 1700 SF and about 60% of that more in the basement. Despite being bigger than our old house, it lives smaller due to wide ADA hallways and a first floor laundry room. Still, it is way more than enough for us. On the first floor, we have two bedrooms an a third used as a tv room. In the finished basement is a large family room, computer area, full bath, and our trainer setup. My shop is in an unfinished room and we also have a large unfinished utility/storage room. The only other thing that I wish we had was a three car garage so that one stall could handle the herd of bikes.

When we were house shopping three years ago, we found their estimates to be reasonably close but maybe that's because of the are that we live in.

My son had a problem with going #2 at school and combined with a crappy diet, would also go a few days without voiding his bowels and the end result would be me disimpacting a toilet.

Our family doctor put him on a special diet and a mild laxative to so he could go daily when he got up before school. Worked, too.

I wanted to know how they fixed it. The plastic surgeon said he did it for free, but he wouldn't say what was done. Afterward, she still had hair, so I wondered if they used some kind of solvent.
I'm sure they don't want other people trying it.

It's not very fancy. My brother-in-law has the same model. I'm thinking of sending it to him, so he has spare parts.
