Just to clarify, just ignore the claim that it is important to "suspend the wheels" as that is not possible. Wheels are not suspended weight, they carry vehicle and passenger weight.
Or are they? Look at the Loopwheels to see how to minimize unsprung weight on a bicycle. I don't think they'll catch on though.
