I’m afraid that I don’t know - I got the rack when I bought the bike and had the LBS install it when they built the bike, so it wasn’t a separate purchase for me.

HELP!
I hoped to purchase and take a new 2019 Diverge Carbon Comp on a long bike tour, anticipating a mix of tarmac, gravel, towpaths, etc., not camping, so "light" touring. But first I need to mount a rear rack (Tubus Logo Evo) and so far I have failed to source the currently-unobtanium Specialized seat post collar with rack mount in the 30.6mm OD, as seen in the flesh in the post 552 above by Winston63. (Thanks for that photo.) I understand the Specialized part no. is S 184700001.
My LBS says the Specialized parts dept. says 30+ days back order. I've called all the LBSs in town, and I've called several of the largest US Specialized dealers, they all have zero or negative (e.g. they are also backordered) stock.
UPDATE:
My LBS found they could provide a Spesh 30.6mm seatpost clamp w/ rack mount from an in-stock aluminum Diverge. Problem solved.

Write - I don't own a Specialized but the largest dealer (in my immediate area) is Mike's Bikes.
Perhaps they might be able to help you?

I would appreciate any pointers to this unobtanium part in inventory anywhere in the US.
Thank you.

Dumb question here, what kind of adapter do I need to be able to put the Diverge on my old trainer? It's the kind that just has generic "cups" that screw down and hold the nubs on the end of QR skewers in place. There are so many thru-axle adapters out there and I can never tell from the descriptions or pics if they are what I want, they all always sound like they're made for specific trainer models.

Dumber question. I'm sure the geometry of the bike comes into play here. From looking at various drop bar models, do the 2018 Diverge Expert allow a more upright sitting position. I strayed away from purchasing a drop bar bike and opted for a flat bar for a more comfortable position. But there are not much high end hybrid flat bars bikes compared to the drop bar versions. Yes I am aware hybrids, road, and gravel/adventure bikes fall into different categories. I found flat bars are ok for short distance. Beyond that it is very uncomfortable on the wrists.
