I grew up east of Renton and have been to Puyallup many times.
You get better by riding so no excuse, I expect a ride report.
I also hope to find something from Washington in the box, hopefully. (hint hint)

Also, since it looks like some folks in my region are on the list I will keep track and if it looks like the BOC will be in my queue when I'm out of town I will swap places in line with someone local to keep it moving.

Here's the pic of how I received the BOC. Will get one of my pull from the box, and will send it out Monday.

Shipped the box off today. Weighed 19.02 lbs.

Here is what I pulled out:

Looks like RaleighSport will be talking me through a 14-speed conversion for the Sekai this winter. Haha. The 105 brake levers should look and perform better than the ones currently on there with their non-functioning QR's. The cranks should serve as good replacements for my Super Maxy's.

Haha! I will have to give that a listen! Yeah, my daughter loves helping. She even helped put some stuff back into the box.

I tried not taking a lot, so I hope everyone gets good scores as well!

Yay. My crap (levers and cassette) found a new home. I'm so happy.

Box showed up yesterday. I was out of town Tuesday and Wednesday so I'm guessing it was yesterday anyway. Already snapped pics and will be shipping her out tomorrow. I'll report back with details in the morning.

Looks like your cassette is still in there. That's the freewheel I threw in. Kinda cool too, strait blockish for the four high gears and a couple "bailouts".

Love this game. We'll see how it goes for a bit... I just might have jump back in for another round

Well darn. I guess cassettes are more crappy than freewheels. I'm so sad.

Jeez, can't type. Make that "BOC that went into the black hole."

Yeah, I'm sure Ultraspontane would get a virtual beating if he turned back up here. I was just wondering if the cause for his epic fail had a known reason.

As received. (Close, anyway. I had already started rummaging before I remembered to take pics.)

What I took out.

If somebody REALLY needs the quick-release-fork-mount-clampy-thing, then just let me know. I was just going to experiment with it. I didn't grab it out of necessity.

Oh, I also took out a pair of some old Schwinn block pedals (there's still one more pair). Some of what I grabbed was to make room for all the stuff I wanted to put in. Haha.

Mailed out 10/26 @ 12:38 PM

She weighed 22 # 6 oz on the post office scale.

No clue. I just grabbed it because I figured I could mount it on something and put it to use.
