I would say it's all original except for the pedals, which see the original ones on mine above. I have just now replaced the pedals with Shimano XT PD-T8000. I figure those look as similar as possible to the originals while being SPD pedals.

Finally got around to getting pics of my 85 Voyager I bought from @bark_eater earlier this year. There are a few minor rust spots here and there but no dings. Not bad for a 35 year old bike. It came with all the original parts and I still have them (except the freewheel which I had to destroy to get it loose) but it is not wearing them currently. I have put 700c wheels on it, added a Brooks B 17, put a taller stem on it with Nitto Noodle bars and switched out the 50/46/30 to a 50/38/28 using the same crank. The freewheel is a 14-34 Suntour but I will likely switch that out when I decide to search for another 5 speed freewheel. It has a very nice ride and it is a keeper.

Hey, since you all know about Voyageurs ...
1) What is the BB height/drop?
2) What is the chainstay length?
I know these may have varied year to year ....
I'm looking at contenders to replace my Raleigh Alyeska frame, and I've found decent deals on a couple of Voyageurs, one with canti brakes, one without.

2) 17 3/4” to center of the dropout I guess, ‘83 non SP Voyageur (non-canti)
It will probably fit a 35mm tire, 38mm without fenders
I’m stuck in the dark ages still riding 27 x 1 1/4 and the original 5 speed fw

Picked up last winter and ready to ride. Still need to fit my Blackburn rack and refresh the brakes.
Hoods from VO fit perfectly. Kenda tires are marked 1 3/8" but measure ~28mm on the Super Champion rims.
SunTour Mountech! RD is really something. FW is 7 speed, not 5 as indicated in the Voyageur PDF above. Seatpost is 27.2 mm

Would someone who has the lower fork spacers and screws be able to provide the specs for those? I've been having trouble turning up any information about them.

Are anybody else’s dt bosses look like this? I have some bar end shifters I wanna use, the Suntour ratchety ones. Someone told me my shifter bosses are weird and maybe those cable stops you can buy won’t fit on there?

Here's my Voyageur II, purchased new with lawn mowing funds in 1976. Upgraded to finned Mathauser pads, which were tough on the Araya rims, so I changed them to Super Champion Competition.
Has KKT Pro Ace pedals, Bullseye pulleys and a Phil Wood bottom bracket. Everything else is factory stock.

I just rediscovered the photos I took of my bike two years ago are in an album on my profile here. I thought I'd lost the pictures with my old laptop. Blue splatter tape had been immediately replaced with black. The Jim Blackburn rear rack is the only other addition I made by this point, followed by matching front and low-rider racks.
The bike didn't get ridden at all during 2019, partly due to school, but mostly because the seat was incredibly uncomfortable (weak excuse, I know). I've since bought a honey Brooks B17, Technomic stem, and Kalloy seat post to make it more enjoyable to ride.
The majority of the components seem to have been changed, except the brakes and one of the rims. It has Blue Line front and rear derailleurs, and a Rigida front rim with Mallard hub, the rear wheel is a Super Champion with a Normandy Competition hub. Tourney AD crankset with Shimano chainrings, and a set of pedals I already swapped out for SR SP-11's (which would've been on it originally). I plan on making a few changes once it's too cold to ride here in the northeast: Suntour bar-end shifters, a TBD set of aero brake levers, Nitto Noodle bars, and Brooks tape to match the seat. I'd like to find a Sugino AT crankset like this would've originally had. There's some funny stuff going on with the shifting where I can't use the smallest cog. It was either that or remove the small front ring, according to the guy who tuned it last. NYC is flat enough I haven't minded, but it'd be nice to have things fully operational. I'm learning as I go, trying to do as much as I can, asking for help when I need it — which is often.
All and all it rides like a dream and I can't wait for it to get even better!

Haha, I knew that'd get me in trouble. I forgot to mention I also threw on some gumwall Panaracer Paselas. I've spent the last few days trying to get my seat post to stay put — it's been sliding down during rides. I think it's fixed now, but it still needs a test ride to verify. NYC has been HOT this week. Once that's sorted, there will be an updated picture! I'll even throw all the racks and bottle cages on for the pageantry.
