Cannondale T700 CAD2 1998?
I have modified this with 10 speed compact double and mini-Vs. I have the original triple, cantis and 8 speed bar end shifters. I'd like opinions of value with both setups. Frame, wheels and original components are pretty much as new. Most of the 10 speed conversion components are new, shifters are used. I am not selling this on BF. Please don't ask, per the mods. Also, I can't figure the model year. I think 1998 but the catalog doesn't seem to match. Thanks!

It is a '98, in Iris Blue. Here's mine:
Catalog shows one in Kiwi on p. 86:

That's it, thanks! The finish on the bike is amazing. It's easy to see how Cannondale was considered a premium bike BITD.

Well, in the absence of informed opinion I just made WAG and decided on $299.

In my area, northern NJ, that's a $400 bike, easily. Lately it is very dependent on locale. Where are you?

Nashville TN. Folks here don't seem too interested in older bikes. Looks like a friend may want it so at least I'm losing money to someone I know as opposed to a random CL stranger

For future reference, this sold to a nice young lady for $300. I had four or five inquiries. I had hoped it would go to someone who appreciated it's unique features and all the upgrades but I think to her it's just a pretty bike.
