Hi! I'm in the Boston area. Wondering how you have liked riding your Cannondale Quick? I'm finding a lot of mixed reviews when compared to other bikes like Specialized, Treks, Marin, and Jamis. Just wondering how your experience has been riding in the area!

I have enjoyed the Quick3 a lot. It is an easy bike to ride, provides a nice, upright riding position and has been trouble free Last year, I swapped out the stock wheelset and replaced it with Ksyrium Elite wheels and UST tubeless tires to cut down the weight a bit. I also installed Look Keo Classic 3 pedals. These were both good upgrades for me and the bike. Almost all of my rides are on roads in Framingham,Wayland, Weston, Lincoln and Sudbury. I have always felt comfortable riding it as it handles very well and the ridingposition puts little strain on your body.

My Quick 3 came with a Shimano Sora groupset, which is at the lower end of Shimano’s product families, but it worked just fine. The disc brakes were very good and I am glad I chose them over rim brakes.

As it turns out, I recently sold it. Perhaps a bit too soon, as I am still waiting for my new bike, a Cannondale Synapse, to arrive. I wish I hadn’t sold the Quick3 so soon but I did not expect the new bike would take as long as it is to arrive.

i would recommend the Quick 3 as a very good choice if you are looking to buy a hybrid. There are lots of professional reviews online, if you are interested.

Hope my comments were of some help to you.
