Original Peugeot?

Hello All, I have recently been offered a Peugeot bicycle and I would like to be sure that it is original, however as I am new to this forum I am not allowed to upload the images, can anyone help me to check if it actually is an original classic bike?

I will appreciate your help.

Hi salvarado. Often when people can't directly post images, they'll use an image hosting service like Flickr and just post the URL for the photos. Might you be able to do something like that? Without photos, it's pretty hard to make any sort of determination.

Some components on this bike I recognize from late 70s Peugeots I have owned. I do not know which model this one is however.

The subject bicycle is an entry level Peugeot model, circa 1982-1983. Identification is complicated by the fact that there is no drive side photo showing the crankset and front derailleur. Also, the OP lives in Colombia and the models may not be the same as those offered in the USA, where most forum members reside. However, the USA model that the subject most resembles is a PH10S. Obvious replacements include the saddle, pedals and handlebar tape.
