60's(?) Olmo

Help out my curiosity, friends. This Olmo frameset and Balilla brake calipers were given to me some little while back. I am absolutely not fooling myself into thinking it's anything more than gas pipe: pressed drop out, seat pin diameter, weight, etc. are clear indications of an entry level model. I immediately used it to put together an upright city bike sort of thing for visitors to ride using available parts bin stuff. Then Covid hit and there weren't any visitors. My contributions to Bikedom for the last eighteen or so months have mostly been riding and selling off a bunch of my collection... but not building anything. With a whole lot of empty hooks on the wall I've turned my attention back to this unloved thing. The city bike treatment will continue, but I decided I'd rather use a three-speed IGH instead of a derailleur. All of which is neither here nor there, nor especially relevant to my question even, which is: what is this thing? Can anyone identify a model? Or a decade? I'm presuming sometime in the 60's or early 70's, but durned if I am doing more than guessing. Was this a drop bar bike, or upright? That sorta thing.

None of this is really important, or at all urgent. I put most of my effort into Brit and French bikes over the years, leaving a major hole in my Italian bike knowledge.

I sure appreciate any insights

The seatpost clamp makes it look older to me.

appears it could be a contract build from Chiorda

seat stay & chainstay bridges appears to be plate style; is that correct?

fork crown is an Agrati pattern used very extensively by Chiorda

combination of crown, plate style bridges and under top tube brake cable routing strongly suggest a Chiorda origin
