Lezyne Side Load Flow

Comes in left and right handed versions, about 10 bucks.

Specialized Zee Cage II works well. It can be bought in left or right loading versions.

I have the Lezyne Side Load Flow and it does OK. Bottle comes out/goes back in smoothly. As long as it's inside your frame, it will hold onto your water bottle.
I originally had mine in under-the-downtube mount (only bosses on my frame) and it ejected bottles on jumps, step-downs and drops. Moved to the top tube with a Twofish adapter and it's OK there. The most tenacious side-load cage, if you need the extra security, is probably the Bontrager Sideswipe - - stiff and more wrap.
