Battery cover

Anyone using a neoprene battery cover (e.g. Fahrer, or NC-17)?

What are your experiences? Is it worth it? ...

Well, you really want the battery to breath and not to get hot (when charging or using). I use neoprene to stay warm. Insulation may not be the best - definitely leave it unzipped and open when charging.

FYI, important safety warnings:

* Use only at temperatures below 15°C
* Always take off during charging
And, when riding under heavy conditions (e.g. uphill, high load, high speed) regularly check battery temperature. In case of warm or hot battery take off the cover.
