If you want to keep it thin, I've liked the fabric tape from Newbaum's:

Bonus is it comes in a million colors. They also make a padded version now, not sure how that is.

If you decide to go fat though, I like Cinelli's corky tape. Just put some on my bullhorns a couple days ago.

Fizik Microtex is a nice thin tape, but the bar plugs that come with it are a total pain in the ass. I can never get them to fit inside the bars.
